On Wenger's pre-match press conference, the manager was confused when asked about recent Sczcesny quote on stalling contract talk. Arsene is quite surprised when he found out that statements. He said :
"I don’t understand the statement because we are talking. So I’m quite surprised when I read statements like that. This statement is not true."
Arsene suggested that the quote was supposedly coming from the agent and not Szczesny himself, so that quote has high probability of being fake. The French Manager also confirmed that the talk is being in progress and the matter will be resolved shortly.
